First of all, the driveway is spectacular – even more gorgeous than we expected. Your design is truly original, and the materials compliment our home and gardens perfectly. I hope you take a lot of photos, and we will gladly serve as a reference. I hope you share this email with your president, and others in your company.
Secondly, we want to commend all of your crew. Not a single member was a slacker or difficult in any way.
The MVP was clearly Jaime. He is a leader, and one of the strongest and steadiest workers we have ever witnessed. All of the crew looked to him for leadership. And the crew’s work ethic was admired. They arrived on time every single day, they worked steadily throughout the day without long breaks, they talked and laughed with each other, and were very respectful of us.

We are writing this letter of appreciation and commendation for the employees of Heads Up who created, and then installed our landscaping project. From our very first interaction with Cody McNallen to the completion of the project we were extremely satisfied. The landscaping plan was exactly what we were hoping for with added touches we never would have thought of on our own.
Each day of the project the landscaping crew arrived early, worked hard (in very cold weather), and at the end of the day cleaned the work site. The crew was polite, efficient, and always willing to answer our questions. The foreman of the crew, Jose Reyes, was available to assist us whenever we called.
The quality of the material and plants is exceptional with a warranty that surpasses several of the nursery’s we contacted.
In conclusion, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Head’s Up, and would recommend them to anyone needing landscaping.
