Just Added!  Project Manager (Construction Division)

This position will function under the direction of the Construction Operations Manager and perform a variety of complex technical and administrative duties associated with managing and completing projects (i.e. WIP, master schedules, pre/post cons, subcontracts). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing jobs from conception to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction. It will require consistent exercise of discretion, judgment, and financial acumen. This position will also ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures and safety regulations. Supervision will also include the training and development of Field Supervisors. The ideal candidate will have strong financial background in addition to excellent computer, customer service and management skills. Sitting for prolonged periods of time and the ability to work in a business office environment will be required as well as occasionally visiting job sites.

Assistant Color Coordinator
This person will ideally have plant (especially flower) knowledge. They must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a lot of manual labor (installation of new flower beds, including soil prep, etc.). Interior plant care experience a plus. Must be able to work WITHOUT constant supervision. A valid driver's license and driving record that is insurable through the company's insurance is needed.

Field Supervisor (Construction Division)
This position will function under the direction of the Project Manager in performing a variety of technical and administrative tasks associated with the management and completion of projects (i.e. time sheets, man-hour calculations, short-term scheduling, hand-off paperwork to maintenance division, toolbox talks, training module testing). The Field Supervisor will be required to have considerable technical knowledge in landscaping which includes extensive irrigation and installation knowledge. The person in this role will need to be able to drive for prolonged periods of time and be able to spend long blocks of time on project sites supervising those in the field to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and safety regulations as well as customer service. Supervision will also include the training and development of field staff.

Accounting Specialist
This position will participate in and must be proficient in every area of the accounting department, including AP, AR, and Payroll. Requires proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to quickly learn other software. There will be a challenging variety of tasks for this position. Administrative Dispatch Coordinator (Maintenance Division)
Under the general guidance of the Maintenance Division Manager (MDM), this position will coordinate all irrigation activities and schedules. This role will be responsible for communicating with clients, Account Managers and Field Supervisors and MDM on schedules and availability. This position will dispatch irrigation techs daily, manager irrigation work orders, and input billing data into computer. They will also follow up with clients for job satisfaction and payment.

Field Supervisor (Maintenance - Albuquerque)
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple crews at one time including coaching and counseling as needed. They will also be responsible for the routing of crews and ensuring that they are making efficient use of their time. The candidate will need to be able to ensure that the crews are producing quality work while meeting budgeted hours. The ideal candidate will have strong skill in working with people as well as numbers. Attention to detail is a must to be successful in this role. This position requires someone with a professional demeanor and computer skills. Considerable knowledge in lawn/ tree/ shrub chemical spray background required.
